I finally discovered how much strain i was demanding from my body. Sure, I do stay up late, I do study hard, and I do try to force myself to study, even though I’m not in the mood. It was alright at first ; my body got pretty tired, and I used to come home, exhausted.
So today, I finally relented under the sleepless assault. I crashed into my bed after lunch, and slept till seven. How embarrassing. I cant belelieve my body is showing sign of weakness?
Yeah, my friends tell me thats normal. I wasted precious time snoozing when I oculd be studying! Okay, I better start doing my work now…

I’ve got a piece of good advice. Sleep at 7-8pm. By the wonders of the human clock that got fucked up during industrialization, you’ll literally jump out of bed at 1am (don’t believe me, wiki it). Then you can spend 1 hour studying. Sleep again, and wake at 4am. Early morning is a much, much more conductive time to be studying than afternoon or night, when everything’s buzzing around you, doing work. Early morning is quiet. Tranquil. You mind will be clear. You will sub–route the information stream past your wars consciousness to your unconscious self which contains your memory. Or at least, I think thus.
